We strive to provide accurate specifications and details of our injection moulding products and allied services (such as mold repair, part assembly, ultrasonic welding, and packaging). We reserve the right to change specifications, availability, or pricing without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
- Orders must be placed through our official communication channels (email, phone, or on-site meeting).
- All orders are subject to acceptance, based on design feasibility, tooling, and raw material availability.
- Payments are to be made as per the agreed payment terms stated in our quotation or invoice. Delays in payment may attract interest charges or service suspension.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery schedules are shared at the time of order confirmation.
- Shiv Sagar Enterprise is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events.
- Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products, reported within 7 working days.
- Customized or client-specific manufactured items cannot be returned unless a defect is proven.
- Cancellations must be made before the production process starts. Cancellation charges may apply if material procurement or tooling has already begun.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shiv Sagar Enterprise is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service or product provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All drawings, designs, molds, and technical documentation developed during the course of a project are the property of Shiv Sagar Enterprise unless specifically transferred by written agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or usage is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
